A New York native, Rivers started his career as an audio engineer in 2009 in the 723 building. As an engineer he worked at Premier Studios NYC working on projects with artist from various labels. From Def Jam to YoungMoney (YMCM), Rivers has had the opportunity of working on hot projects like “I’m On One” by DJ Khaled and Drake which achieved Gold Certification by the RIAAA.

Rivers moved to another opportunity as the head house engineer for both Area 51NYC studios as well as Terminus Recording Studios. However, in 2016 the opportunity arose where Rivers would partner with his colleagues from Terminus Recording studios to become co-owners and builders of Penthouse Recording Studios NYC.

In 2020 he co-founded Room380 alongside music producer Hänz Nobe

In 2015, Hänz took the leap and became a hands-on intern with New York City’s Terminus Studios, now known as Penthouse studios, studying under owner Andrew Koss until 2016. He officially transitioned into professional production that same year and Hänz Nobe is credited with the production of four out of the seven tracks on the LP, TRIGGANOMETRY, released in 2018 for recording artist Trigga Don. This LP helped Hänz secure a placement with VP Records/Atlantic Records (VPAL). Records like “Thank You” and “Do You Love Me” have secured radio play in the US, Trinidad, and Puerto Rico.

In 2019, Hänz became the Official Music Producer for All Def Digital (Def Jam), producing pre-recorded content for hosts and show runners until it was acquired by hip hop mogul T.I.

In 2020, Hänz would become a co-founder of Room380

Chris Varvaro is a mix/mastering engineer, musician and Recording Academy member located in the New York area. His expertise spans across multiple genres, which have generated work with Billboard charting artists and big names such as UMG and WMG.

In 2020, Chris was inducted into The Recording Academy as a voting member, with multiple projects submitted for nomination in 2021.
